E-Jets Now with a Fully Functional Weather Radar!

We’re excited to announce the release of E-Jets Family v2.1.0, a free update packed with improvements, including a fully implemented weather radar that brings your flights to life like never before!

The new radar now displays real-time precipitation ahead of the aircraft, helping you avoid storms and plan your route just like in the real E-Jets.

While our main focus remains on developing the next generation of E-Jets, which will feature a custom autopilot with holds and many other major new systems, we wanted to make sure you can already take full advantage of the new weather radar introduced in X-Plane 12.3.0.

So we decided to squeeze in this bonus update for all current E-Jets users.

We hope you enjoy flying with the new radar while we keep working hard on the next generation of E-Jets, which will take system depth and realism to an entirely new level.

What’s New in v2.1.0

  • Ensured compatibility with X-Plane 12.3.0

  • New: Fully integrated Weather Radar on MFD and PFD with real precipitation data.
    ⚠ You need X-Plane 12.3.0 for the radar to be operational.

  • New: HSI now supports full compass, arc, and new arc-with-flight-plan + optional WX modes

  • New: Option to hide missed approach in the MAP dropdown.

  • Improved: Flight Director now pitches smoother after takeoff for steadier climbs.

  • Fixed: All known EFB crashes resolved.

  • Fixed: Cabin lighting no longer shows through fuselage at night.
