Submit one screenshot of our weekly flight in our dedicated forum topic. See an example.

Include “X-Crafts Weekly Flight Completed!” in your post and make sure to link this page.

Each week, you can submit one post, giving you up to 4 chances to win every month.

 

X-Crafts Screenshot Contest - Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    • The X-Crafts Weekly Flight Contest ("Contest") is open to all individuals aged 12 and above.

  2. Contest Period:
    • The Contest runs monthly. Each month's submission period begins on the first day and ends on the last day of the month.

  3. How to Enter:
    • To enter, participants must submit one screenshot of their flight with the E-Jets or ERJs in our dedicated forum topic.
    • Each entry must include the phrase "X-Crafts Weekly Flight Completed!" and a link to this contest page.
    • Participants are allowed to submit up to one post per week, providing a maximum of four chances to win in a month.

  4. Prize:
    • One winner will be selected randomly each month to receive store credit worth $50 for the x-plane.org store.

  5. Disqualification:
    • Participants who submit more than the permitted number of screenshots will be disqualified.
    • Each user can win only once during the Contest period.

  6. Winner Selection:
    • Winners will be chosen randomly from the pool of eligible entries.
    • The selection process will occur within the first week of the following month.

  7. Notification:
    • The selected winner will be notified via the forum and the provided contact details.
    • If the winner does not respond within seven days, a new winner will be selected.

  8. Publicity:
    • By entering the Contest, participants grant X-Crafts the right to use their forum username and submitted screenshots for promotional purposes.

  9. General Conditions:
    • X-Crafts reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
    • X-Crafts is not responsible for technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
